Baking the fish instead of frying it keeps things lighter and the cleanup simpler, but you still get that satisfying crunch from the panko coating. The lime cabbage slaw adds a freshness that cuts through the richness, and the creamy sauce ties everything together. Set everything out on the table and let people build their own tacos. It turns dinner into an experience. Add sliced avocado, pickled onions, or a squeeze of extra lime if you want to go the extra mile. These tacos are the kind of meal that makes a Tuesday feel like a Friday.
